Currently we focus on standard sizing (S-XL) for most collections, with select items available in XXL. Our youth collections accommodate standard kids’ sizes. Check individual product pages for specific measurements.

We process orders fast (within 1-2 days), so contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need changes. Once shipped, we can’t modify orders but you can use our 15-day return policy.

We deliver worldwide except select remote areas and parts of Asia (due to customs restrictions). Our Chicago hub ships via DHL, FedEx, or EMS depending on your selection.

All orders get 1-2 day processing with hand-checked quality control.

You’ll receive real-time tracking via email/text the moment your urban essentials leave our warehouse. Track directly through DHL, FedEx, or EMS using your provided tracking number.

While rare, customs delays or carrier disruptions can occasionally extend delivery times. If your package exceeds the maximum delivery window, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll investigate immediately.

Not feeling the vibe? We offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Initiate returns by emailing [email protected] with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing.

Currently we process returns for refunds only. For size exchanges, simply place a new order and return the original item under our standard policy.
